Azadi ka amrut mahotsav | 75 Year of India’s Independence

Azadi Ka
Amrut Mahotsav’ is an initiative of the Government of India to celebrate 75
years of independence of progressive India and the glorious history of its
people, culture and achievements.
The
series of events organized by the Government to commemorate the 75th
anniversary of India’s independence will be based on public participation
and revolve around five themes- the freedom struggle, ideas, achievements,
actions and resolve at 75.

About the speaker:
Dr. B. N.
Bhosale, Principal, professor sambhajirao kadam College, Deur having 40
years of teaching experience and 30 year administrative experience as principal
in professor grade.
Dr. B. N.Bhosale obtained his Ph.D. degree from the Mumbai University, Mumbai. Ph.D. in
Integral transformation of generalized function
and currently working area is Artificial Neural Network Modeling.
He is
currently the principal at Professor sambhajiro kadam College, Deur, Ph.D Thesis Referee and guide at Savitribai
phule Pune university, Pune and Sant Gadgebaba University, Amaravati also has
project with international collaboration with Delaware state university, Dover,
USA and ICNPAA, USA
Abstract of the
talk:
The mathematical
tradition in India goes back at least to the Vedas. Ancient India has great
contribution to the world's mathematical heritage. The country has great
mathematical developments over period of the last 4,000 years, showing many interesting mathematical ideas which are
advanced and ahead of their own time. Starting from the aryabhatta and bhaskara
to the solving Riemann hypothesis ( A million dollar problem). Ramanujan one of
the great mathematician. He has great contribution to the algebraic number
theory and number theory.
Teaching mathematics is an art and every mathematics teacher should create interest amongst his pupil. Teaching mathematics should be in interesting way so everybody understands it. Convey the mathematics knowledge, and work it for the up growth of the society.
